SUMMER ART 2026 Is fully booked off site at a variety of locations.
Due to the number of classes and product being supplied to other camps and organizations I will not be running an in studio camp this year! It’s been so incredibly busy in the studio and I would not be able to keep up with all of the firing. I hope you will still stop by and paint some pottery together over the summer! Thanks for your anticipated understanding!
FYI All pottery from summer art pottery will be fired and ready for pick up within 2 weeks of the last day of your session. We will provide you with a slip stating the estimated pick up date. Once all pottery is fired and artwork framed we will send an email on the day it is actually ready! Sometimes we get lucky and we are ahead of schedule! This is a good thing : ) Please pick up within 1 week of the pick up date in the email notification. We will send out a reminder 5 days after the first email. We have hundreds of bags of pottery processing for the 8 weeks of camp and our pottery to go orders with limited storage space. Thank you in advance for your anticipated prompt pick up of fired pottery. We know you're excited to see your creations!
We will revisit our AFTERNOON Camp Schedule this year.
Camp size will be small this year as we navigate our new space and new smaller parking lot. Plenty of on street parking available on Ashburton in front of the building.
Summer Art runs Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 2-4PM.
$195 for 3 days, 2 hour sessions, 8 projects and sketchbook to take home.
Kids work in wet clay, try their hand at the potters wheel, explore hand building and pottery painting each day! Bubble painting and splatter painting are always the favorites! Water color, mixed media as time permits.
Clay projects change weekly and mugs, bowls, plates, figurines change weekly so feel free to register for multiple sessions!
2 projects completed each day : 1 clay project and 1 pottery painting project per day. I fill in with sketchbook activities as time allows. Students will complete 1 watercolor, sketchbook to take home at the end of the session.
Curious to see what your kids are creating in summer Art camp? I share photos and videos on social media daily of our camp activities so that parents are able to see their children in action. Please inform me prior to camp if you do not wish your child’s image to be shared.
*No cell phones, watch or any other electronics may be brought to camp. This is to protect the privacy of our other students. Thanks so much for your anticipated understanding. If your child does bring a cell phone or watch I will hold onto it until the conclusion of class.
*Campers are grouped by age and/or at our discretion. Siblings may not be sitting together so keep this in mind prior to signing up. This enables us to work with 1 assistant per table/group. Camp is limited to 2 tables of 4-6 students per table to allow hands on support to individuals in an age and ability appropriate setting. Our hope is always that your children make a new friend or two at camp as well!
Each session includes all materials, instruction and firing, 8 projects completed. Must sign up for all 3 days, no make ups.
50% non-refundable $97.50 non-transferable deposit required to register. Balance of $97.50 will be collected on the same card as your deposit 1 week prior to start of 1st day of class.
