Raise money for your school or other organization by selling personalized tiles created by students, parents, teachers, family and community members. Very similar the experience in our paint your own pottery studio! Have us install them in groups of 12 or 16 tiles on plywood, ready to hang and decorate your facility, or have the tiles fixed directly to your wall. Tiles may be used inside or outside, all weather resistant. All schools and organizations that we have worked with have benefited financially with this event. You choose your profit by choosing your mark up. Project based fundraisers are a community moral booster in the act of creating and years of enjoying the art tile mural!
*If you are looking for a donation, send us a link to your event and we will let you know whether it meets our criteria. We do not donate to any events where alcohol is available due to our Substance Abuse Prevention mission and sister company - FAB -For Anything But -alcohol, drugs or tobacco. Thanks for your anticipated understanding and support of this effort and keep your Fundraisers Substance Free. Your kids are watching and they want to be just like you. Be a role model, lead by example.
Discount pricing is for all of the same product/ceramic piece not mix and match. If you mix and match you pay for the number of pieces in each category.

Up to 19 10 oz $14each, 12 oz $15each

5.5" x 2.75" bowl or 3.5"x3.5" bowl

8" coupe salad plate:
Up to 19 $17 per plate

Up to 19 tiles $10 per tile
20-49 tiles $9 per tile

This price includes overglazing and firing, you will purchase glazes of your choice for $1 per 1oz container for small groups with individual paint cups to go, and we can recommend a pallet of 6 colors that works well. Pints of glaze for large groups are $18 each. Borrow trays with a deposit or use a paper plate to pour color/glazes on.

PAYMENT IN FULL is required 1 Week prior to your event for us to order product. We cannot place orders without payment in full as pottery is not returnable to our distributors once shipped. Thanks for understanding.
All pottery purchased for your fundraiser must be completed and dropped off for firing together to benefit from discounted pricing. We cannot accept pottery painted after the fact for separate firing. If you have painters that missed your event please have them paint the pottery as soon as possible so that you may bring all of the pottery to us together. Any pottery completed at your fundraiser must be picked up by the individual
responsible for organizing the event- Individual pottery may not be picked up by their respective painters.
*Please keep in mind that pottery to go for fundraisers does not allow for time in the studio to further work on your project.
*If you are working on tile murals, we can outline and go over names/dates, minor details on each tile for $5 per tile. It is more cost effective of course if you do this yourself at the time of your event.
*$1 per tile additional fee if you would like us to bubble wrap and bag each tile individually with each persons
name/room # on the outside.
*Picking Up Your Pottery for the FUNdraiser!
You will pick up your pottery in one large box or bag with your direction sheet and brushes, small plastic cups and folded paper towel for rinsing and drying brushes between colors is provided. Glazes are meant to be placed on the table in close proximity to painters in groups of 6-8. Order your colors according to your seating arrangements so glazes can be easily shared. This will save you on purchasing individual colors for each person/project at $1 per 1 ounce each. If you would like to have each pottery piece individually bagged the price is $2 per piece. This includes handle bag, bubble wrap, directions, 3 brushes, 1 pencil (to write name on the bottom) glazes (Additional $1 per one ounce color), small plastic cup and folded paper towel (to prince and dry brushes when changing colors).
Dropping Off your Completed Pottery!
All pottery purchased for your fundraiser must be completed and dropped off for firing together to benefit from discounted pricing. We cannot accept pottery painted after the fact for separate firing. If you have painters that missed your event please have them paint the pottery as soon as possible so that you may bring all of the pottery to us together. Any pottery completed at your fundraiser must be picked up by the person

*If you choose we will glue the tiles to painted plywood backing and add wire for hanging or holes for indirect installation onto your walls. We like this because so many times a school moves or closes and the tiles are permanently fixed to the wall and cannot be salvaged. See pricing below for labor and materials. Or if you are hand you can always do this yourself!
*If you need to borrow brushes or paint trays we charge a deposit of $1 per brush or tray. Deposit is refunded upon return of materials.
*If you are working on tile murals, we can outline and go over names/dates, minor details on each tile for $5 per tile. It is more cost effective of course if you do this yourself at the time of your event.
