We are committed to keeping everyone safe and keeping our creative environment as clean and virus free as possible, and asking for your help to do so!
What we are doing:
At Art by You at Weirdgirl Creations Pottery studio the health and safety of our customers and staff are priority amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus. Here is how we are responding to this health crisis. We would also like to remind you of the steps that we can all take to reduce the spread of COVID-19, while continuing our lives as normally as possible. We are monitoring information from the (CDC), federal, state, and local agencies to help ensure the actions we are taking are in line with the latest CDC guidelines and recommendations. We are cleaning all high-touch trafficked surfaces such as tables, chairs, countertops with antibacterial wipes and sprays. We are also washing our brushes and paint trays with soap and water, and regularly washing our hands throughout the day. These are all normal practices at our studio on a daily basis regardless of virus outbreaks. We have purchased a UV light used over night to disinfect the entire studio.
What you can do: Masks are a must
We are asking ALL guests coming in to paint to please wash their hands with soap and water before starting the process. We will provide a hand sanitizer at the door for all who enter. Out of respect for the staff and other customers, if you are showing signs of illness (coughing, sneezing etc.) we will ask you to please paint with us another time, or pick up some pottery and glazes to go. Thank you for your understanding.
Our first priority is keeping our staff and customers safe and well-informed while doing what we can to help minimize the potential spread of the coronavirus. Please know we have devoted significant efforts to help prevent possible adverse impacts from the coronavirus, and will continue working hard to provide the level of service you expect at our ceramics studio.
