"Sarah" Wall Hanging Figurative Sculpture

Figurative ceramic wall hanging piece.  Can be hung on plaster walls using a heavy weight hanger hook (available at home depot).   

 

This piece is representative of a friend, Sarah.  The body position and glaze represents transition, and moving on to brighter and fulfilling times.  The vines and pods add organic raised design to the body.   This piece is embellished with crystal glazes and was fired multiple times to achieve the desired effect.
