Picasso Party Package
*Parties are $23 per person, 1 and 1/2 hours of studio time.
You bring cup cakes, juice boxes/water bottles, pizza if it is a lunch or dinner time party and all paper goods- we provide the pottery painting activity. *Absolutely no exceptions or substitutions. Any change will result in us requesting you to remove or not serve items and lose your deposit.

We charge by the guest so if you do not wish to incur extra fees you may encourage parents to drop off and pick up their children. The parents of the party child may of course stay and are not required to paint pottery (although we highly recommend it because it's so fun!)
We have mugs, ice cream bowls, cereal bowls, 6 inch plates, assorted figurines switch plate covers, cup cake plates, skateboards and more! Item stock varies depending on availability but we always have a huge selection!
Each guest chooses a piece to paint from our party shelves (plates, mugs, bowls, single switch-plate covers, ring holders,tile wall hangings or small figures (depending upon availability). They paint for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You can then serve pizza and/or cup cakes or cake for the last half hour or so. (Bring all necessary paper goods.)
*Absolutely no food items which were not agreed to as part of our party agreement.
*Pieces are fired, bubble wrapped, and in their own bag labeled with each painters name - easy for the party mom or dad to distribute!
A $25 non refundable deposit is required to book your party in studio.
Our gift to you: a party plate which the guests sign- we paint a custom design in the center!
($40 value free) If you have twins or are having a multiple child party additional
party plates may be purchased at a reduced rate of $25
*A 10% clean up gratuity will be added to all Picasso parties.
Pottery is ready for pick up in 5-7 days and your pick up date will be written on the receipt that we give you.
All pottery MUST be picked up within 2 Weeks of the pick up date written on your yellow receipt. No exceptions. We are happy to ship to your home if you fill out a shipping form and provide us with a credit card and shipping info.
Please bring your yellow receipt to pick up your finished creations!
Thank you for understanding. Please verify your number of guests prior to the party as we will be holding tables which limits our drop in clients. You will be charged for the number of guests that occupy the studio. Thanks for your cooperation!
GENERAL INFO FOR ALL PARTIES:
Please keep in mind, we are an art studio and your party activity. Food should be kept basic (pizza, cupcakes or cake pops, juice boxes/water bottles) . No ice cream (it will melt) or snack foods (grease is a big no-no for pottery) are allowed in the studio.
If a painter completes their painting early we provide paper and markers to create a placemat for their refreshment.
Please do not bring any items to our studio such as a craft or activity, we only use our own materials for the safety of our pottery & clients.
Balloons may be hung OUTSIDE on our pole : ) *small balloon sticks allowed, no floating balloons please for the safety of our pottery.
*You supply plates and napkins, we provide table covering for your serving table. We clean up!
No coolers (due to a past client and a cooler issue) No Pinata's (too scary with all that pottery) No noise makers (too crazy and we have neighboring businesses to consider.) No cups or drinks requiring pouring.

Parties at the studio are drop off and pick up only. Parents are free to run errands, visit Starbucks in the Center, browse the book store, pet shop, cvs, rite aid, Ann Taylor Loft, Shaws, or simply take a walk - relax and return to pick up their child in 1 and 1/2 hours. Everyone attending must be painting their own piece of pottery. Our parties run much like a movie Theater party : ) Everyone attending a movie party purchases a ticket and enjoys the show! Art Weirdgirl everyone purchases and paints their own piece of pottery and participates in the activity.
*Please be advised that you are charged per guest when you book a party. If parents wish to stay they are welcome to paint their own piece of pottery. We do not have parents paint their child's pottery as that leaves the child without something to do and we wish everyone to be engaged!
Host parent(s) of course stay to serve refreshments and may paint pottery if they wish!
*If you choose to hand out goody bags please do so as quests are exiting. Opening goody bags is not permitted in the studio to prevent lost items and saddened guests! Noise makers, whistles and the like are not permitted as they are disruptive to other painters.
*We do not open gifts in our studio, things can get lost or damaged and we cannot be responsible!
*All parties will incur a $50 per half fee our if your party extends past the 1.5 hours agreed to in our party agreement
*Party parent is financially responsible for any breakage, loss or damage during their event.

In filling out and 'submitting' the party agreement form, you are agreeing to the following terms and all of the general party info above:
A $25 non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your desired date and time. A non-refundable deposit cannot be returned to you under any circumstances, including in the event that you should decide to change your party date or time.
You agree to pay for all guests in attendance at your child's party, including adults who choose to stay. Any individual occupying space in the studio (with the exception of the parents/guardians of the party boy/girl) will count as a 'guest' and you will be responsible for the charge of $20 each whether they paint or not. It is recommended that you remind parents of party guests that parties are drop off and pick up in 1.5 hours.
*All fired pottery must be picked up by the party host within 2 Weeks of the pick up date written on your yellow receipt. No exceptions. We can ship if you like, simply provide us with shipping info, credit card, exp. date and billing zip code.
Parties that run over the allowed time frame will result in a fee of $50 per half hour.
*a $50 fee will be assessed to any party bringing food items which were not agreed to as part of our party agreement
