Blue Starfish Hanging with Quote

This 6"x 8" rectangular wall hanging features the quote "and the air is filled with pleasant noise of water" by Henry Wordsworth.  The tile has been painted with a cobalt blue which has been wiped away to accentuate the stamped impressions of sand and starfish.
